Are the sims 3 pc cheats the same as Sims 2?

So, I've just got Sims 3 for my laptop and I no all the cheats like maxmotives and motherlode but I'm wonderin if Sims 3 has the cheat where you can drag the motive bars down like the Sims 2 boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true cheat?? Thanks x :-DAre the sims 3 pc cheats the same as Sims 2?
maxmotives is not a cheat in the sims 3

there is no boolprop for the testing cheats in the sims 3 ,

so its only "testingCheatsEnabled true", yes you will be able to drag the motive bars up and down with the cheat, but you can no longer drag skill bars up with it.
