Cheat code for Sims 3 on PC?

I've been looking through Google searches but couldn't find a cheat code for full health on Sims 3. I tried the cheat code used for Sims 2 but it did not work. Is there a cheat for Sims 3 at all or do I ACTUALLY have to take care of the Sim's health?

Don't use cheats, the game gets boring then you won't want to play it
press Ctrl+Shift+C



Then type testingCheatsEnabled true



and hit enter, and by doing this you can use your mouse and easily slide their needs to full or drain them for your evil desires or laziness. You are now in control.

Then shift click the mail box and click "make sims happy" (or something like that).



and you can drag their moods up after that too.
