Actually what you need to do is open up the cheat box (shift+ctrl+c) and type in testingcheatsenabled true. Shift click on the mailbox on your sims house. There will be many options. There will be one that says something like "make needs static". If you click on this all of your sims's needs will max out and will stick there, never decaying. You can turn this off by clicking on the mailbox again and clicking "make needs dynamic". However doing this takes out basically the whole point of the game, so I would recommend using it on a limited basis.In Sims 3 for the PC, is there a cheat code to max all the needs of a sim?

Just type in testingcheatsenabled on!
Ounce you have done that you go to your needs and drag the bar up to fill it up!! Hope that helps!!
