no i dont think so..u just have to grant the sims wishes to get some reward n go get the 'fertility treatment' award.then if u wanna get a boy-eat apples more to try if u cn get twins or evn triplets n girl-eat watermelon the same thing if u wanna twins or tripletsSims 3 twins cheat for pc?
no. all you need to do is rack up 10k points and buy the fertility reward. as long as one parent has it, you have a 99% chance of having twins. if both parents have it, you have a 99% chance of having triplets.
